This movie helped us look at the real acting in children's movies. We also looked at how kids are portrayed in movies to make the audience feel connected to the actor. An example of this is when the character gets hit by a ball and everyone ignores this fact. This could connect to an audience who feel left out when at school. Like most children's films, there are many unrealistic moments, for example, her coming from a concert, to the beach.
